Donnatella Terms and Conditions Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Should you wish to pay by credit card, we accept all of the following Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Switch and Solo. Alternatively should you wish to place your order by post, just print off your order page and post it to us with a cheque or postal order in pounds sterling made payable to Donnatella.

Shipping And Handling UK Postage and packing: Our current charges for UK postage and packing are: One item £2.50 Two items £3.50 Three items or more £5.00 Mainland Europe postage and packing: Postage and packing charges for European orders are calculated on the weight of the order(s). First item minimum £4.00 (calculated on the weight of the order) each additional item £1.00. The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customs requirements.

Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order to you in 7 working days. If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you and you will be notified that this has happened.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Please note that for all orders made from the UK or European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Remittance Terms Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of receipt, proof of posting should be retained. Refund Policy Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the management. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage when goods are returned. In order to satisfy customer demands and requirements we reserve the right to amend and improve product specifications and lingerie fabrics and trims. In addition to this, due to photographic lighting etc. certain fabrics may appear to be a slightly different colour on the image shown. The colours depicted should therefore, only be used as a guide. Provided goods are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and you retain proof of purchase, and that the goods are in the condition you received them, exchanges or credit notes should be provided. For hygiene reasons, personal products, vibrators and creams cannot be returned once opened. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty, unfit for its purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.
